WHY:
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation gathered in Congress, etc., sanctioned with force of
LEY:
ARTICLE 1 - They belong to the municipality and remain outside the jurisdiction of the National Parks Directorate, the tax lands located within the municipal ejido of San Carlos de Bariloche.
ARTICLE 2 - The Llao-Llao peninsula will be preserved as a public park, with the exception of those areas whose urbanization, up to a total of one hundred and fifty hectares, does not affect the panoramic beauty and the tourist value of the region.
ARTICLE 3 - Defrost the provisions opposing the present.
ARTICLE 4 - Contact the Executive.
