ARTICLE 1- Approve THE NAGOYA PROTOCOL ON ACCESS TO GENETIC RESOURCES AND FAIR AND EQUITABLE PARTICIPATION IN THE BENEFITS ARISING FROM THEIR USE OF THE CONVENTION ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY, held in Nagoya -JAPON- 29 October 2010, which consists of THIRTY-SIX (36) articles and ONE (1) Annex, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2- Contact the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SIX DAYS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
