ARTICLE 1 °-Declare "KM 0 of Federalism" to the city of Olta, in the province of La Rioja.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE NINETEENTH DAY OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN.
