Amendment. Law No 24,240.

Law:
ARTICLE 1-Substitute Article 38 of Law 24.240, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 38: Contract of Accession. Contracts on forms. The implementing authority shall ensure that the contracts of accession or the like do not contain clauses as provided for in the previous Article. The same allocation shall be exercised in respect of the uniform, general or standardised clauses of contracts made on forms, reproduced in series and in general, where such clauses have been drawn up unilaterally by the supplier of the thing or service, without the counterpart having any chance of discussing its content.
All natural or legal persons, of a public and private nature, who provide services or market goods to consumers or users through the conclusion of accession contracts, must publish on their website a copy of the contract to subscribe.
They must also deliver a copy of the model of the contract to any consumer or user who so requests, without charge and in advance of the hiring, at their commercial premises. A sign will be displayed on these premises, in a visible place with the following caption: "A copy of the model of contract proposed by the company to subscribe at the time of the contract is available".
