Act 27436
Amendment.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1.-Substitute Article 128 of the Criminal Code by the following:
Article 128.-It shall be repressed with imprisonment of three (3) to six (6) years the one which I shall produce, finance, offer, trade, publish, facilitate, disclose or distribute, by any means, any representation of a child of eighteen (18) years devoted to explicit sexual activities or any representation of their genital parts for predominantly sexual purposes, as well as the one who will organize live shows of explicit sexual representations in which they will participate.
Four (4) months shall be repressed with a imprisonment of one (1) year who knowingly has in his possession representations of the descriptions in the preceding paragraph.
It shall be repressed with imprisonment of six (6) months to two (2) years for which representations of the descriptions in the first paragraph may be in their possession for unambiguous purposes of distribution or marketing.
It will be repressed with imprisonment of one (1) month to three (3) years which will facilitate access to pornographic shows or supply pornographic material to children under fourteen (14) years.
All the criminal scales provided for in this Article shall be raised by one third at their minimum and at their maximum when the victim is less than 13 (13) years.
