Law 27505
Institute a school ceremony.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1 °-The school ceremony of the Promise of Allegiance to the National Constitution on the first working day following May 1 of each year, on the occasion of the National Constitution Day.
Art. 2 °-The Promise of Allegiance to the National Constitution will be made by the third year students of the secondary school of all educational establishments of public and private management, in an academic act with the presence of the National Flag.
Art. 3 °-The maximum authority of the educational establishment will take the Promise of Allegiance to the National Constitution to the students, who will respond affirmatively to the following formula: " Will they promise to respect and to enforce the rights, duties and guarantees that the National Constitution establishes, to do everything within its power to comply with and enforce its precepts and provisions, and to respect the authority of the institutions that emanate from it? "
Art. 4 °-The Promise of Allegiance to the National Constitution will be complemented by a previous instance of learning, reflection and evaluation in constitutional matters.
Art. 5 °-Invite the provinces, municipalities, the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the Federal Council of Education to incorporate this ceremony into the annual school calendar.
Art. 6 °.-Commune to the national executive branch.
