Institute the year 2015 as the Year of Blood Donation. Sanctioned: October 07, 2015 Enacted in Fact: November 12, 2015
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1 °-Institute the year 2015 as the Year of the Donation of Blood, in commemoration of the centenary of the first successful transfusion of the world's blood, made by the Argentine doctor Luis Agote.
ARTICLE 2 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to adhere to this initiative.
ARTICLE 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVEN DAYS OF OCTOBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
