Binational Entity Yacyreta. Approve Agreement for Exchange of Letters. Sanctioned: September 23, 2015 Enacted: October 13, 2015
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-Approve the Agreement by Exchange of Amending Notes of Articles 6, 10, 15, 16, 17 and 20 of Annex A, Statute of the Binational Entity Yacyreta of the Treaty concluded on 3 December 1973, signed in the City of Buenos Aires -Republic of Argentina-12 November 2014, the authenticated copy of which forms part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-THREE DAYS OF THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN.
