The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Designate with the name "Dr. Osvaldo Alvarez Guerrero" to the roundabout located at the kilometer two thousand four hundred and five-point eighty-five (2405.85) of the national route 40, Commander Luis Piedrabuena.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SIXTEEN DAYS OF THE MONTH OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
