Law 27.106

National Day of the Musician. Sanctioned: December 17, 2014 Enacted in Fact: January 20, 2015

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Institute on the 23rd of January of each year as the National Day of the Musician, in commemoration of the birth of the talented composer and musical performer, Luis Alberto Spinetta.

Article 2-Facultally the national executive branch to take the necessary measures to implement specific activities related to the commemoration of the National Day of the Musician and to carry out the highest dissemination of the same, through the Official communication mechanisms.

Article 3-Facultate the national executive branch to adopt the appropriate mechanisms to publish on paper the most important musical, authorial and compositional works of Luis Alberto Spinetta in order to be distributed in the institutions that Consider appropriate.

Article 4 °-Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to carry out activities in the different areas of their competence, with the same purpose as the one established in Article 2 of this Law.

ARTICLE 5 °-Commune to the national executive branch.

GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE SEVENTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
