Grant constitutional hierarchy to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Sanctioned: November 19, 2014 Enacted: December 11, 2014
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-Grant constitutional hierarchy in the terms of Article 75, paragraph 22 of the National Constitution, to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE NINETEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
