Headquarters Agreement. Approval. Sanctioned: November 12, 2014 Enacted: December 2, 2014
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Argentina and the Binational Commission for the Use of the High River Basin of the Bermejo River and the Rio Grande de Tarija -COBINABE-, signed in La Paz, the Plurinational State of Bolivia, on September 14, 2009, consisting of sixteen (16) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWELVE DAYS OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
