Approve the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism. Sanctioned: August 27, 2014 Enacted: September 17, 2014
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
ARTICLE 1-APPROVE THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE REPRESSION OF ACTS OF NUCLEAR TERRORISM, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 13 April 2005 in New York-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-and opened for signature on 14 June 2005. September 2005, consisting of TWENTY-eight (28) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-SEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND FOURTEEN.
