The National Program for the Voluntary Delivery of Firearms is set to be implemented. Sanctioned: November 14, 2012 Enacted: December 11, 2012
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-A new period of execution is available, for the term of one (1) year from the entry into force of the present, of the National Program of Voluntary Delivery of Firearms, created by law 26.216, extended by decree 560 of date April 3, 2008 and by laws 26,520 and 26,644.
