The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-Denominase with the name "President Dr. Nestor Carlos Kirchner" to the Cultural Center of the Bicentennial, located in the block enclosed by the streets Sarmiento and Bouchard and the Avenues Leandro N. Alem and Corrientes in the Autonomous City from Buenos Aires.

ARTICLE 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch. GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, AT THE TWENTY-ONE DAY OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWELVE. -REGISTERED UNDER NO. 26,794-AMADO BOUDOU. -JULIAN A.
