The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

Article 1-Denominese "President Dr. Raul Ricardo Alfonsin" to the highway located on the National Route No. 66, located in the southeast of the province of Jujuy, near the city of San Salvador de Jujuy, between the junction with the Route National No. 9 and the "Governor Horacio Guzman" International Airport.
