TAXES ON SPECTACULOS.†" Those who are charged at the Aacha Theater in Cochabamba, are to the construction of a new one. I had taxes on sporting goods, for the same purpose.

As for: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

Article 1A ° †" ModifA-case law No 39 of 21 September 1945, establishing that the product of the departmental and municipal taxes on expectations made in the Teatro "Acha ¡" of the city of Cochabamba, is destined to the acquisition of a property and the building of a new Municipal Theater in the mentioned capital.

Article 2A ° †" The municipal tax of 6% on the gross receipts that are obtained in the expectations, demonstrations and sports competitions held in the same city, with the same fate.

Article 3A ° †" The resources referred to in this law shall be administered exclusively by the Municipality of Cochabamba, subject to the laws of the Member States.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
