Law N ° 26,206. Amendment.

Law:
Article 1-Amend Article 109 of the National Education Act 26.206, which shall be worded as follows:
Article 109: Distance studies as an alternative for young people and adults can only be taught from eighteen (18) years of age. For the rural modality and in accordance with the jurisdictional decisions, they can be implemented from the Oriented Cycle of the Secondary Level.
Exceptionally, on the basis of a statement from the Ministry of Education, in agreement with the Federal Board of Education, or with jurisdiction as appropriate, where face-to-face education-total or partial-is not feasible, and only in the case of epidemics, pandemics, catastrophes or reasons of force majeure that prevent concurrency to educational establishments, only in such cases will the development of distance educational trajectories for the levels and the modalities for compulsory education for children under 18 (18) years of age.
In such exceptional circumstances, provisions for reorganization must be adopted: pedagogical-according to the Priority Learning Nuclei-and institutional, academic and teacher training. In the same way, the provision of technological resources and connectivity that promote educational equality with quality conditions as set out in Articles 80 and 84 of this Law; and the adoption of health conditions and security at work required in accordance with the relevant collective negotiations.
Article 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
