Law:
Article 1-Approve the REGIONAL AGREEMENT ON ACCESS TO INFORMATION, PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN, held in the City of Escazú -REPUBLIC of Costa Rica-, on 4 April March 2018, consisting of twenty-six (26) articles and one (1) annex, which, as an ANNEX, in Spanish, forms part of this law.
Article 2 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
GIVEN IN THE SESSION HALL OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN BUENOS AIRES, ON THE TWENTY-FOURTH DAY OF SEPTEMBER OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND TWENTY.
