321. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of the Interior, with which the Magdeburg-Kaserne is explained to the care centre

On the basis of Section 11 (2) of the Basic Supply Act-Federal Government 2005 (GVG-B 2005), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 405/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 68/2013, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport:

§ 1. The Magedeburg-Kaserne municipality of Klosterneuburg (Postal Code 3400), Magdeburggasse 9, is considered to be a supervising office in accordance with § 1 Z 4 GVG-B 2005.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2014 and with the expiry of 31 May 2015.
