60. Revocation by the Federal Chancellor of the annulment of a phrase in Section 76a (8) of the Industrial Code in 1994 by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 16 June 2014, G 94 /2013-13, delivered to the Federal Chancellors on 1 August 2014, rightly recognized:

The phrase "to avoid endangering the life or health of these persons" in Section 76a (8) of the Commercial Code 1994 (GewO 1994), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 194 idF BGBl. I n ° 66/2010, is repealed as unconstitutional.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
