482. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA), which changes the master data reporting regulation
Pursuant to Section 74 (2) and (6) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 184/2013, is assigned with the approval of the Federal Minister for Finance:
The root data reporting regulation-STDM-V, BGBl. II No 474/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 88/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the word order shall be "pursuant to § 74 (5)" through the phrase "pursuant to § 74 (2)" replaced.
(2) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 5:
" (3) § 1 and the Annex in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 482/2013 are due to 1. Jänner 2014 in force. "
