415. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the funding for the promotion measures in the wine sector

Pursuant to Section 67 (4) of the Wine Act 2009, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 111 as amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 189/2013, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The maximum amount of the funds made available by the Federal Government in accordance with Section 67 (4) of the German Wine Act 2009 for the financial year 2013 amounts to € 730 000.

§ 2. This Regulation shall apply in the financial year 2013.
