293. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture, which changes the regulation on the assessment of vocational schools
On the basis of § 3 (6) and (7) of the German School Education Act, BGBl. I No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 76/2013, shall be arranged:
The Regulation on the classification test for vocational schools, BGBl. No 478/1976, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. No 502/1992, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 reads:
" § 1. This Regulation shall apply to entry tests at vocational schools as a condition for admission to a higher than the first stage of the

simultaneous learning of two teaching professions (Section 5 (6) of the Vocational Education and Training Act, BGBl. No 142/1969); or |

the shorter duration of the teaching relationship (§ 13 para. 1 or 2, § 30b para. 5 of the Vocational Training Act). " |

2. § 4 (3) reads:
" (3) The examination in the context of the classification test shall not apply to knowledge and skills which are proven by certificates of public or public-law schools, and at least approximately to those , which have been conveyed in the stages preceding the school level. "
3. In § 4 para. 4, the quote shall be: " 3 lit. b " by quoting " 3 " replaced.
4. In § 12, the previous text will be the sales designation "(1)" , and the following paragraph 2 is added:
" (2) § 1 and § 4 (3) and (4) of this Regulation in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 293/2013 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event. '
