223. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the Money Market Fund Regulation
Due to § 70 (5) Z 3 of the Investment Fund Act 2011-InvFG 2011, BGBl. I n ° 77, as last amended by BGBl. I No 135/2013, shall be arranged:
The Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) laying down the criteria relating to the definition, designation, publication obligations, investor information and investment restrictions of money market funds and money market funds with short Maturity structure (Money Market Fund Regulation-GMF-V), BGBl. II No 262/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 1 and in § 3 (1) the word order shall be "lit. a" is deleted.
2. The previous text of § 5 receives the sales designation "(1)" . The following paragraph 2 is added:
" (2) § 1 and § 3 (1) in the version BGBl. II No. 223/2013 will enter into force with the end of the day of their customers ' loyalty. "
