49. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, by means of which the Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on vine varieties for quality wine, wine and wine without protected designation of origin or geographical indication with vine variety or vintage name

Due to § 34 (1) of the Wine Act 2009, BGBl. I n ° 111, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on vine varieties for quality wine, wine and wine without a protected designation of origin or geographical indication with vine variety or vintage designation, BGBl. II No 161/2010, shall be amended as follows:

§ 2 reads:

" § 2. In addition to the vine varieties referred to in Article 8 (2) of the Wine Act 2009, the following vine varieties may be used for the production of wine without a protected designation of origin or a geographical indication of vine variety or vintage name:

1.

White grape varieties:

Bronner, Muscaris, Cabernet blanc, Souvignier gris, Johanniter, Donauriesling, Blütenmuskateller;

2.

Red wine grape varieties:

Regent, Cabernet Jura. "
