On the basis of § 80a of the valuation law 1955, BGBl. No. 148, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 112/2012, shall be ordered with the consent of the municipality of Seiersberg:
The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the involvement of employees of the municipality of Seiersberg for the Finanzamt Graz-Environment in the case of the unit evaluation (Mitwirkungs-V municipalities Feldkirchen bei Graz, Kalsdorf bei Graz, Pirka, Seiersberg, Werndorf, Wundschuh and Zettling), BGBl. II No 509/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 454/2010, shall be amended as follows:

"For the municipality of Seiersberg, the regulation will expire on 31 December 2013."
