Regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance on the account plan for the federal government (Kontenplan Ordinance 2013-KPV 2013)
Due to § 26 (4) of the Federal Budget Act 2013, BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by BGBl. I No 150/2011, shall be ordered:
§ 1. The one in Appendix 1 connected account plan and the Appendix 2 come with 1. January 2013 will be in force and will be applied for the first time to the creation of the Federal Finance Law for the financial year 2013.
§ 2. The Federal Minister of Finance or the Federal Minister for Finance is authorized to lay down more detailed rules in directives after consulting the President of the Court of Auditors or the President of the Court of Auditors.
