470. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice on the amount of the remuneration of the prisoners

On the basis of § 52 (1) and (2) of the Penal Code, BGBl. No 144/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

§ 1. The amount of the remuneration of the punitive prisoners (§ 52 para. 1 of the Penal Code-gross amount before deducting the contribution fee and the share of the unemployment insurance contribution) is for the work hour worked:

a)

§ 2. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2012 in force.

(2) With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice on the amount of the remuneration of the prisoners, BGBl, shall be the subject of the regulation. II No 450/2010. However, the repealed Regulation continues to be the case before the 1. Jänner 2012.
