342. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the
Accreditation of Quality Austria-Trainings-, Certification-und Begutachtungs GmbH (Quality Austria) for certification of products
On the basis of § 17 (1) of the Accreditation Act, BGBl. N ° 468/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:
§ 1. Quality Austria-Trainings-, Certification-and Begutachtungs GmbH (Quality Austria), based in 1010 Vienna, Gonzagagasse 1/24, is accredited as a position, the products certified (according to ÖNORM EN 45011).

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
§ 4. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, BGBl, will enter into force. II No 267/2010, except for force.
