Announcement by the Federal Chancellor concerning the corrigendum to the proclamation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the Protocol between the Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the implementation of the Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Moldova on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation

On the basis of § 10 Z 1 of the Federal Law Gazette Act-BGBlG, BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

The manifestation in BGBl. III No 128/2010 is corrected to the effect that, pursuant to Article 16 (1) of the Protocol, the Protocol entered into force not on 6 November 2010, but on 26 November 2010.
