On the basis of § § 22, 23 and 28 of the Market Order Act 2007 (MOG 2007), BGBl. I n ° 55, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 23/2010, shall be ordered:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on reporting obligations in the dairy industry (milk reporting regulation 2010-MMV 2010), BGBl. II No 249/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. Z 4 of Appendix 1 to Section 7 (1) reads:

(2) The following paragraph 4 is added to § 15:
" (4) Z 4 of Appendix 1 to § 7 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 235/2011 shall enter into force on 1 August 2011.
