191. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Finance on the valorisation of the fixed fee rates of § 14 Fees Act (GebG-ValV 2011)
Due to § 14a of the Fees Act 1957, BGBl. N ° 267/1957, as amended by the 2007 Budget accompanying Act, BGBl. I No 24/2007, shall be ordered:
§ 1. The fixed fee rates of § 14 Fees Act 1957, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 128/2007, excluding those pursuant to § 14 of the German Collective Bargaining Agreement 8 (5) (5c) (1) and 14 (2) (9) (2) Z 1a, shall be increased as follows for all documents and official acts for which the fee debt is incurred after 30 June 2011:
