Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, amending the Regulation on the allocation of frequencies

Pursuant to Section 51 (2) of the Federal Act, which enacted a Telecommunications Act (Telecommunication Act 2003-TKG 2003), BGBl. I n ° 70/2003, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2010, shall be ordered:

The frequency domain allocation ordinance, BGBl. II No 306/2005, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 332/2009, shall be amended as follows:

The entries of Appendix 1 relating to the frequency domain 790-862 MHz, 2500-2520 MHz, 2520-2655 MHz, 2655-2670 MHz and 2670-2690 MHz are the frequency ranges 790-862 MHz, as shown in the Appendix.
