60. Ordinary of the Federal Minister of Justice on the establishment of a further emergency office in Amstetten

On the basis of § 9 Notarial Code, RGBl. No 75/1871, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

In the Sprengel of the regional court of St. Pölten, it is effective from 1. January 2012 a further emergency office with the Headquarters in Amstetten was established.
