45. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the plastic regulation 2003
On the basis of § 19 (1) of the Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act-LMSVG, BGBl. I n ° 13/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 95/2010, shall be arranged:
The Plastic Regulation 2003, BGBl. II No 476/2003, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 196/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 8 (1), the word order shall be " Regulation on infant formulae and follow-on formulae, BGBl. No. 531/1995, as amended " through the phrase " Regulation on infant formulae and follow-on formulae, BGBl. II No 68/2008, as amended " , replaced.
2. § 11 reads:
" § 11. Articles of use made of plastic, which are not of the Regulation BGBl. II No 45/2011, but the provisions currently in force, may still be manufactured or introduced until 28 February 2011 and be placed on the market until 31 May 2011. "
(3) The following indent shall be added to § 12:
