Due to § 13 paragraph 1 Z 3 of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be:
§ 1. In order to ensure the maximum number of federal states in accordance with Section 12a (1) of the German AuslBG (AuslBG), the highest figures for 2011 are set as follows
