Pursuant to § 17a (3) Z 2 Poststructurings Act (PTSG), BGBl. No 201/1996, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 96/2007:
The regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Management of Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft of 17 December 2009 on the adjustment of the references and allowances for the services provided for in Section 17 (1a) of the Poststructural Law (PTSG) of the Telekom Austria Aktiengesellschaft for the provision of services allotted officials (telecom Regulation 2010), BGBl. II No 34/2010, issued on 26 June 2010. January 2010, is amended as follows:
§ 1. Appendix 3 is: (see Annex)
§ 2. The Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2010 in force.
