84. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the annulment of a phrase in § 11 paragraph 1 Z 1 of the Federal Law on the Legal Personality of Religious Confessional Communities by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the knowledge of 25 September 2010, G 58 /10-9 and G 59 /10-9, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 13 September 2010. October 2010, rightly recognized:

"The phrase" as a religious community by at least 20 years, of which at least 10 years " in § 11 paragraph 1 Z 1 of the Federal Law on the legal personality of religious confessional communities, BGBl. I n ° 19/1998, is unconstitutional.

The repeal shall enter into force with the expiry of 30 September 2011.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
