330. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice on the amendment of the regulation on the implementation of the Public Prosecutor's Act (DV-StAG)
On the basis of Section 43 (2) of the Public Prosecutor's Law, BGBl. No. 164/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 98/2009:
The Ordinary of the Federal Minister of Justice of 16 June 1986 on the implementation of the Public Prosecutor's Law (DV-StAG), BGBl. No 338/1986, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II. No 300/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 27 (3), the Z 3 is deleted.
Section 53 is added to the following paragraph 5:
" (5) The provision of Section 27 (3) in the version of the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice, BGBl. II No 330/2010 shall enter into force 1. October 2010, in force.
