109. Presentation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the media concerning the scope of the Convention (No. 95) on wage protection

According to the Director-General of the International Labour Office, in addition to Austria, the following additional States, as of 3 February 2015, have the Convention (No. 95) on wage protection (BGBl. No 20/1952):

Afghanistan, Egypt, Albania 1 , Algeria, Argentina, Armenia 1 , Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Botswana 1 , Brazil, Bulgaria 1 , Burkina Faso 1 , Costa Rica, Côte d' Ivoire, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Djibouti, Ecuador, France, Gabon, Grenada, Greece, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Yemen, Cameroon, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar 1 , Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico 1 , Moldova, Nicaragua, Netherlands, Niger, Nigeria, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation 1 , Solomon Islands, Zambia 1 , Senegal, Sierra Leone, Slovakia 1 , Slovenia 1 , Somalia, Spain 1 , Sri Lanka, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Chad 1 , Czech Republic, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine 1 , Hungary, Uruguay, Venezuela, Central African Republic, Cyprus.

In addition, on 16 September 1983 the United Kingdom appointed the Director-General of the International Labour Office to terminate the Convention in accordance with the provisions of the Convention. Article 22 of the Convention is notified.
