PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 61/15 of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to territory, residence, establishment and removal of aliens, inserted by the Act of 12 September 2011, paragraph 1er is replaced by the following:
"Whether or not there is another procedure for protection, authorization or admission to the current residence or establishment, the guardian may apply for his or her pupil for a residence permit on the basis of this chapter to the Minister or his or her delegate.".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
