PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 217, 5°, of the Judicial Code, replaced by the Act of December 21, 2009, the words "or to a working sentence of more than sixty hours" are replaced by the words ", to an electronic supervision penalty of more than four months, to a working sentence of more than sixty hours or to a self-retained probation sentence of one year or more".
Art. 3. In article 223, 11°, of the same Code, replaced by the Act of 21 December 2009, the words "or to a working sentence of more than sixty hours" are replaced by the words ", to an electronic supervision penalty of more than four months, to a working sentence of more than sixty hours or to a self-retained probation sentence of one year or more".
Art. 4. In section 224, 13°, of the same Code, replaced by the Act of 21 December 2009, the words "or to a working sentence of more than sixty hours" are replaced by the words ", to an electronic supervision penalty of more than four months, to a working sentence of more than sixty hours or to a self-retained probation sentence of one year or more".
Art. 5. In article 231, (d), of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 21 December 2009, the words "or to a working sentence of more than sixty hours" are replaced by the words ", to an electronic supervision penalty of more than four months, to a working sentence of more than sixty hours or to a self-retained probation sentence of one year or more".
Art. 6. This Act comes into force on a date determined by the King and no later than 1er December 2014.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
