To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
CHAPTER 1er. - General provision
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. - Amendments to the Act of 8 April 1965 on the Protection of Youth, the Care of Minors who have committed a crime and the Compensation of Damage caused by this fact
Art. 2. In section 36, paragraph 1er, of the Act of 8 April 1965 on the Protection of Youth, the Care of Minors who have committed a crime and the Compensation caused by this fact, last amended by the Act of 7 May 2004, the 5th is replaced by the following:
"5° of the appeal filed by written and free request against the decision to impose or not impose an administrative fine of the Act of 24 June 2013 on municipal administrative sanctions, in respect of minors who have reached the age of fourteen years at the time of the act; "
Art. 3. In section 38bis (formerly 37bis), of the same law, restored by the law of 7 May 2004 and amended by the laws of 15 May 2006 and 27 December 2006, the 1st is replaced by the following:
"1° Article 4, § 1er1°, of the Act of 24 June 2013 on municipal administrative sanctions, if the minor has reached the age of fourteen years at the time of the act; "
CHAPTER 3. - Entry into force
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of the coming into force of the Act of 24 June 2013 on municipal administrative sanctions.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
