21 JANVIER 2013. - An Act respecting urgent provisions in respect of P.M.E. (1)

ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,

The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. ÷ section 45 of the Act of 16 January 2003 establishing the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises, modernization of the register of trade, creation of registered business windows and various provisions, replaced by the Act of 7 December 2009 and amended by the Act of 28 December 2011, subsection 3 is replaced by the following:
“§3. By derogation from the provisions of § 1^er, the approvals of the business desks, issued on September 9, 2008, remain valid until December 31, 2014, under the conditions that were applicable on the day of the licence. »
Art. 3. In Article 15, § 1^erof the Act of 25 June 1993 on the Exercise and Organization of Ambulance and Foraine Activities, as amended by the Act of 4 July 2005, paragraph 1^er is supplemented by the sentence: ", as long as their holders replace them with a business window of their choice by a secure authorization whose form and terms are fixed by the King".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
