9 FEBRUARY 2011. - An Act to amend the Act of 18 July 1991 on the Control of Police and Intelligence Services and the Coordinating Body for Threat Analysis (1)



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 24, §§ 1er, 2 and 4 of the Act of 18 July 1991 on the Control of Police and Intelligence Services and the Coordinating Body for Threat Analysis, as amended by the Acts of 3 May 2003 and 10 July 2006, the following amendments are made:
1° the word "members" is replaced each time by the words "members or former members";
2° the words "member" are replaced by the words "member or former member";
3° the words "one member" are replaced by the words "one member or former member".
Art. 3. In Article 48, §§ 1er2 and 4 of the same law, as amended by the laws of 1er April 1999, 10 July 2006 and 4 February 2010, the following amendments are made:
1° the word "members" is replaced each time by the words "members or former members";
2° the words "member" are replaced by the words "member or former member";
3° the words "one member" are replaced by the words "one member or former member".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
