The following text constitutes the informal coordination in the German language of articles 17 and 18, 27, 40 and 41, 83, 93 to 95, 98 to 108, 120 to 125, 127 to 130, 132 to 137 and 147 to 156 of the Act of 30 December 2009 on various provisions (Belgian Monitor of 31 December 2009, err. of 26 January 2010), as amended successively by:
- Act of 28 April 2010 on various provisions (Moniteur belge of 10 May 2010);
- the Act of 19 May 2010 on tax and other provisions (Belgian Monitor of 28 May 2010).
