DECCRET N' 2021-410 OF 28 JULY 2021 authorising the application of the exemption procedure to the Code des marchés publics by the Société beninoise d' lnfrastructu res digital S.A.

Article 1


Société beninoise d' lnfrastructures DRM S.A. " SBIN S.A. " Benefits from a


Derogation from the provisions of the Public Procurement Code.


Article 2


The purchases made by the Société beninoise d' lnfrastructures numerical S. A are the object,


At least once a year, a posteriori control of the National Directorate for the Control of


Public procurement.

Having regard to Decree No 2020-604 of 23 December 2020 laying down specific arrangements for the exclusion of procurement transactions or entities from the scope of the Code on Public Procurement;


Having regard to the Decree No. 2021-308 of 09 June 2021 concerning the remit, organisation and operation of the Department of Numerical and Digitalisation;


On a proposal by the Minister for Digital Affairs and Digitalisation, the Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 28 October 2021,

The monitoring report shall be forwarded to the Minister for Finance and the President of the


Republic.


Article 3


This Order, effective from the date of its signature, shall terminate all


Earlier provisions to the contrary. It will be published in the Official Journal.
