Law amending the Law on Renewable Energy (prom. SG. 35 of 2011 .; amend., SG. 29 and 54 of 2012 ., No. 15, 59, 68 and 109 of 2013)
§ 1. Articles 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, 20e and 20f shall be repealed.
§ 2. Article 67a is repealed.
§ 3. In art. 69, para. 1, p. 4 the words "Art. 67a "are deleted.
Final provision
§ 4. In the Energy Efficiency Act (prom. SG. 98 2008 .; amend., SG. 6, 19, 42 and 82 of 2009, pcs. 15 52 and 97 of 2010, pcs. 35 of 2011, No. 38 of 2012, pcs. 15, 24, 59 and 66 of 2013 and SG. 22 of 2014) the following amendments:
1. In art. 23a para. 2 t. 3 is repealed.
2. In art. 34a para. 2 t. 3 is repealed.
Law was adopted by the 42 th National Assembly on March 27, 2014 and was affixed with the official seal of the National Assembly.
