amending and supplementing the law on wine and spirits (official SG. 45 by 2012; amend., SG. 15 of 2013)
§ 1. In art. 1, after the words "fruit wine" is added "vinegar".
§ 2. In art. 2, al. 3, after the word "products" is a comma and add "fruit wine and vinegar.
§ 3. In art. 27, al. 2, the words "and wine producers ' shall be replaced by ' wine producers and ocetoproizvoditelite.
§ 4. In art. 41 after the word "Manufacture" is added "and demand", and the words "and wine products" shall be replaced by ' wine products, fruit wines and Vinegars.
§ 5. In art. 51 words "producers of wine vinegar and ' shall be deleted.
§ 6. In art. 57 the following endorsements are added:
1. In paragraph 8. 1 Add "and vinegar".
2. a para. 3:
"(3) the manufacture, labelling, marketing and coordination of control of vinegar shall be carried out under the conditions and in accordance with procedures laid down in the Decree of the Minister of agriculture and food."
§ 7. In art. 205, after the word "products" is added "and/or vinegar.
§ 8. In art. After the words ' article 206. 57, al. 2 "there shall be added" and 3 ".
§ 9. In art. 207, para. 1, after the words "art. 57, al. 2 "there shall be added" and 3 ".
§ 10. Art is created. 223:
"Art. 223. Who produces, distributes, sells, or offers for moisture consumption vinegar in violation of this law shall be punishable by a fine of $ 1000. up to $ 5000. – for the natural persons, respectively, with the penalty payment in the amount of $ 5000. up to 10 000 BGN. – for the legal persons and the sole traders. "
§ 11. In § 1 of the supplementary provision 12 shall be amended as follows:
"12." Vinegar "is a product obtained by acetous fermentation or alcoholic and acetic acid fermentation of wine, fruit (each part and/or juice), fruit wine and ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin. Depending on the raw vinegar is:
a) "wine vinegar obtained exclusively by acetous fermentation of wine and having the total acidity content of not less than 60 grams per litre expressed as acetic acid;
(b)) "fruity vinegar" produced by acetous fermentation of wine fruit or alcohol and acetic acid fermentation of fruits and having the total acidity content of not less than 45 grams per litre expressed as acetic acid;
c) ' alcoholic vinegar "produced by acetous fermentation of ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and possessing a total acidity content not less than 60 grams per litre expressed as acetic acid;
d) "balsamic vinegar" produced from wine vinegar with addition of concentrated grape must and/or concentrated and rectified grape must with a total acidity content not less than 60 grams per litre expressed as acetic acid. "
Final provisions
§ 12. The Minister of agriculture and forests issued the Ordinance under art. 57, al. 3 within three months of the entry into force of this law.
§ 13. The Food Act (promulgated, SG. 90 of 1999; amend., SG. 102 by 2003, no. 70 by 2004, no. 87, 99 and 105 by 2005, issue 30, 31, 34, 51, 55, 80 and 96 06, issue 31, 51 and 53 of 2007 No. 36 and 69 since 2008, 23/41, 74 , 82 and 93 from 2009, PCs. 23, 25, 59, 80 and 98 of 2010, PC. 8 by 2011, issue. 54 and 77 by 2012 and St. 68 by 2013) in art. 1, al. 2, after the word "wine" is added "vinegar".
The law was adopted by the 42nd National Assembly on March 6, 2014 and is stamped with the official seal of the National Assembly.
